Returns:

If the return meets all return criteria stated below, a store credit will be issued. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

• Returns must be delivered back to us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
• Returns received after 14 calendar days will be refused. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
• Refunds will be issued in original form of payment within 14 days of purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.

Returns must be in original, unworn condition with no stains, defects, pet hairs, smells, or any signs of wear or use. All original tags must be attached and all packing slips included in the return.

Sale, Clearance, BOGO, or any discounted item marked sale is Final Sale.

• Any purchase using a 20% off or more discount is Final Sale.
• Jewelry, hair accessories, undergarments and other similar products, and accessories are Final Sale or any items we deem are Final Sale.

If a final sale item is returned to us, we will send you a shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s).
